We aim to dispatch your order within 3 days. We expect that your order will be delivered within 5-7 days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we offer our customers a simple exchange and returns policy. To return an item, simply post it back to us at the address above within 7 days of the dispatchment date. You must also send us an email, informing us that you wish to return the item and confirming that you have posted it back. Similarly, to exchange an item, simply email us stating that you have posted an item back to us and that you wish to exchange it for another.
We will only offer you an exchange or refund providing that the goods are unworn and in perfect condition and have ALL their original labelling and packaging. Items that do not meet all of the these requirements will not be eligible for exchange or return. All returns will be refunded within 5-10 working days, (If you bought an item over the value of £60, £9.99 will be deducted from the returnable amount to account for outbound postage fees).
All return packages must be trackable (e.g. Royal Mail special delivery). Customers are liable for return delivery costs. Please remember that 'Made to Measure' and altered outfits are not eligible for our Exhange and Returns Policy.
